USC extends scholarship offers like parents pass out candy at Halloween. So USC247.com has narrowed down the USC big board into a manageable list of prospects to know. If they’re not on this list, they probably aren’t going to pick USC. If that changes, we’ll add them back in.

Without further ado, here are the football prospects USC fans should know in the 2019 class.

QB

San Angelo, Texas Central HS QB Maverick McIvor

Why: Last time we spoke to McIvor, he told us he plans to visit USC. He’s currently committed to Texas Tech.

Way Too Early Prediction: Texas Tech

Scottsdale, Ariz. Desert Mountain HS QB Kedon Slovis

Why: He’s USC’s QB commit

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

RB

Lawndale, Calif. HS RB Jordan Wilmore

Why: He’s one of USC’s tailback commits and the Trojans only plan to take two. Wilmore visited Boise State but we expect him to stick to USC.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

San Diego Madison HS RB Kenan Christon

Why: He’s one of USC’s tailback commits and the Trojans only plan to take two.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

WR

Orange Lutheran HS WR Kyle Ford

Why: USC is in constant contact with Ford. He’s a priory target but he has plenty of options and he might not pick USC. Ford took an official visit to Washington and is scheduled to visit Michigan, Oregon and USC as well.

Way Too Early Prediction: Unsure

Moorpark, Calif. HS WR Drake London

Why: He’s a USC commit and unique athlete who plans to play two sports for the Trojans, football and basketball.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

JSerra Catholic HS WR Munir McClain

Why: He’s one of USC’s first commits and the brothers of 2018 signee Abdul-Malik.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

Mater Dei HS WR Bru McCoy

Why: He’s a top priority for USC and someone most expected to pick the Trojans without much hesitation. Now, there’s a lot of noise about the Texas Longhorns. McCoy visited Austin when Texas beat up on USC. He says everyone is equal.

Way Too Early Prediction: Unsure

Orem, Utah HS WR Puka Nacua

Why: He’s a USC commit who’s putting up insane numbers, albeit against limited competition, in Utah.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

TE

Orange Lutheran TE Ethan Rae

Why: He’s one of USC’s tight end commits and the Trojans only plan to take two.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

St. John Bosco TE Jude Wolfe

Why: He’s one of USC’s tight end commits and the Trojans only plan to take two.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

OT

San Juan Capistrano, Calif. San Juan Hills HS OT Sean Rhyan

Why: He’s a huge priority for USC’s 2019 class and the Trojans are in constant contact with him. Stanford is a school to watch closely in his recruitment as well and UCLA should definitely be mentioned.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

Oak Hills Hesperia HS OT Jason Rodriguez

Why: He’s a commit and a key piece of USC’s tackle class as the Trojans try to load up as much as possible here. Rodriguez has taken official visits to Colorado and UCLA and also plans to visit Utah. Sources around USC feel confident he sticks.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

Kahuku, HI HS OT Enokk Vimahi

Why: The Trojans offered Vimahi very early on and have made him a priority. It seems like USC fell behind some other schools but the Trojans will try to play catch up here.

Way Too Early Prediction: Unsure

OG

Rialto, Calif. Eisenhower Senior HS OG Sataoa Laumea

Why: Laumea is a potential addition for USC in a small class of interior linemen. he can also play offensive tackle if the Trojans need him too. It seems like he’ll be a big priority if USC misses on Sean Rhyan.

Way Too Early Prediction: Unsure

St. Louis Honolulu OG Gino Quinones

Why: He’s a USC commit on the interior line in a  small line class.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

DE

Corona Centennial HS DE Drake Jackson

Why: USC identified and offered a scholarship to Jackson early on. He’s always been high on the Trojans and it seems like he’ll be ion the class if USC wants him in the class.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

Carmichael, Calif. Jesuit HS DE Laiatu Latu

Why: A quality pass rusher from Northern California who seems to be trending towards USC. He has a top 5 of Cal, Oregon, UCLA, USC and Washington.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

Gilbert, Ariz. Higley HS DE Ty Robinson

Why: We believe USC has become Robinson’s leader after an official visit this past weekend. Robinson doesn’t have any visits set in stone and insists he doesn’t have top schools. Right now it appears to be a battle between Nebraska and USC.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

Westlake Village Oaks Christian HS DE Kayvon Thibodeaux

Why: One of the biggest priorities for this class but Thibodeaux is trending away from USC in a big way. He was expected to head South but Oregon made a huge impression on him this past weekend and we believe the Ducks are out in front.

Way Too Early Prediction: Oregon

DT

Salt Lake City East HS DT Siaki Ika

Why: He’s one of the best defensive linemen out west and a guy who should be a must sign. But it seems USC is behind Alabama for Ika. He insists he doesn’t have a leader.

Way Too Early Prediction: Alabama

Chandler, Ariz. HS DT Matthew Pola-Mao

Why: He told the world he would got to school wherever his brother, Isaiah, went. We’re still waiting to see if that happens because it seems like it should have and would have if it was going to.

Way Too Early Prediction: Unsure

Los Angeles Cathedral HS DT Stephon Wright

Why: Wright is expected to end up as a USC commit and he’s big need for this class given the position he plays.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

LB

Bellflower St. John Bosco HS LB Ralen Goforth

Why: A SAM LB type USC could use. His brother played football at UCLA but he might end up as a Trojan. He’s looking out of state but it would shock us if he left Los Angeles.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

Simi Valley Grace Brethren HS LB Stanley Taufoou

Why: He’s a USC commit in a very small class of linebackers. It would be a shock if he chose to back off his commitment to USC.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

Honolulu Punahou HS LB Maninoa Tufono

Why: He’s a USC commit in a very small class of linebackers. He’s solid in his pledge and it would shock everyone if he flipped.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

CB

Federal Way, Wash. HS CB Trey Davis

Why: He’s a solid USC commit in a class that needs cornerbacks. USC found him early on and we don’t expect him to flip, unless USC hits a home run with Akeem Dent or flips a Mykael Wright.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

Palm Beach Central HS CB Akeem Dent

Why: He’s a Florida State commit who plans to officially visit USC. It would be a shock if USC flipped him.

Way Too Early Prediction: Florida State

Westlake Village HS CB Kamren Fabiculanan

Why: He’s a solid Washington commit who’s still hearing from UCLA and USC. He might end up staying home but right now, we don’t expect it.

Way Too Early Prediction: Washington

St. John Bosco HS CB Trent McDuffie

Why: USC identified and offered a scholarship to McDuffie early on but he seems to be trending away from the Trojans at this moment. if something happens with the Cardinal, USC could beat Oregon and Washington for his pledge.

Way Too Early Prediction: Stanford

Gilbert, Ariz. Williams Field HS CB Noa Pola-Gates

Why: Pola-Gates is the cousin of Isiah Pola-Mao and plays a position of need. He will take all of his visits and USC is very much involved. But Alabama has emerged as a favorite and we expect the Crimson Tide to win a recruiting battle over the Trojans here.

Way Too Early Prediction: Alabama

Gardena Junipero Serra HS CB Max Williams

Why: He’s a solid USC commit who won’t be going anywhere, in a class that desperately needs corners.

Way Too Early Prediction: USC

Safety

Brentwood, Calif. Liberty HS S Sione Vaki

Why: Vaki earned his scholarship offer over the summer at a USC camp and he’s probably a huge need for USC based on the position he plays.

Way Too Early Prediction: Unsure

ATH

Charlotte, North Carolina Harding University HS ATH Quavaris Crouch

Why: Crouch plans to take an official visit to USC. If he picked the Trojans, tailback might be the best fit. It would shock the world if he signed with USC.

Way Too Early Prediction: Unsure
