Two USC Players Suspended For Arizona State Game
USC already had a long list of injured players entering Saturday's game against Arizona State but the Trojans were further short-handed because two players were suspended for the game, according to sources.
Defensive end Hunter Echols and linebacker Raymond Scott were suspended following a rules violation that occurred on the Trojans' trip to Utah the previous, sources said.
Echols was expected to help defensive end Christian Rector replace the injured Porter Gustin and played in every game prior to the Arizona State loss. Scott played in six of the first seven games.
Their status for this week's game at Oregon State has not been announced.
