Arizona commit’s coach: When you get offered by USC, you take a second to evaluate that!
Jordan Morgan is a 6-foot-5, 270-pound offensive tackle from Marana, Ariz. HS. He committed to play football for the Arizona Wildcats back in June but continues to receive scholarship offers from name programs. USC was one of the more recent ones. He picked up a scholarship offer from the Trojans back in September.
USC247.com recently spoke to a source who said he would be surprised if Morgan flipped from Arizona to USC. But Marana HS football coach Louis Ramirez says his senior lineman will likely look at the school.
“Jordan is currently considering all of his options,” Ramirez said. “Although he is committed to the U of A and is firm on his commitment, when you get an offer such as the University of Southern California you take a second to evaluate that.”
Ramirez says he doesn’t know if Morgan will visit USC, but he won’t rule it out.
When asked what makes Morgan a USC caliber player, his coach points out a few impressive qualities.
“Jordan has to be the most athletic tackles in the state of Arizona,” Ramirez said. “Standing at 6-foot-5, 270lb he has a strong first punch, flexible, and has phenomenal feet.”
