DB Toler: As of now, I doubt I'll sign with USC
Way back in February, USC’s coaching staff was in regular contact wth 2019 DB Titus Toler. The product of Bellflower, Calif. St. John Bosco HS talked to Ronnie Bradford frequently. He also volunteered the fact that he was interested in USC to anyone who would listen.
“USC will be very high on my list once I get the offer,” Toler told USC247.com in February. “I can see myself playing there.”
Fast forward to late June. On an official visit to Colorado, Toler fell in love with the university (and a now departed coaching staff) and committed just weeks later. Then came a scholarship offer from Wisconsin in late November and an official visit to Madison in early December. Toler soon flipped his commitment and became a Badger.
Now, on December 17 and Toler is faced with the decision of a lifetime. Just days after he committed to play for Wisconsin, he was offered a scholarship to stay home and play football for USC.
The 6-foot, 180-pounder says that, as of right now, he plans to sign with Wisconsin.
“As of now, I doubt it,” Toler said when asked if USC had a chance to sign him. “I feel settled being a Badger.”
