JUCO CB commits to USC
Jaylen Watson very recently picked up a scholarship offer from USC. Sometimes, it doesn’t take long to make a choice. The product of Ventura College decided being a Trojan was right for him almost immediately.
Shortly after a visit to USC’s campus, Watson announced a top 5 and then announced his pledge to play in cardinal and gold. He plans to sign a letter of intent with USC on February 6.
The 6-foot-2, 200-pounder chose to stay in Southern California over playing for Toledo and UTEP among others.
He joins a roster in desperate need of cornerbacks. He’s the third prospect at the position in USC’s 2019 class.
