Texas commit says USC offer is ‘pretty cool’
Jake Majors is universally recognized as one of the best rising senior offensive linemen in the state of Texas.
The 6-foot-4, 290-pounder has already gathered an impressive list of scholarship offers and it seems he’s already found the school he wants to attend.
The product of Prosper, Texas HS committed to the Texas Longhorns late last month. But just 30 day a later, he received another impressive scholarship offer, this time from the USC Trojans.
For what it’s worth, the Longhorn commit told USC247.com he’s excited about his latest opportunity.
“It’s pretty cool knowing a big school like USC offered me and see me as a player for them,” Majors said.
USC will have to generate even more excitement than that to pull Majors away from the Longhorns. But it’s unlikely the coaches go down without a bit of a fight.
