Otey flips to USC
Murfreesboro, Tenn. Blackman HS was the scene of breaking news relating to USC football this morning as three-star cornerback Adonis Otey announced his intentions to become a Trojan.
The 5-foot-11, 180-pound prospect sat in front of his high school gymnasium with family and declared he would back off his longtime pledge to Arkansas to sign with USC.
Otey committed to Arkansas in August but didn’t sign with the school when the early signing period came around. After USC began to court him and after an official visit to the school, Otey had a change of heart.
With the addition of Otey, USC now has commitments from 8 defensive backs in the 2019 class.
