LB target Ho'ohuli: I've been a big fan of USC since I was little
Wynden Ho’ohuli is a 2021 linebacker from St. Louis HS in Honolulu who is starting to emerge as a prospect to know in his class. He’s already ranked as a four-star prospect by one recruiting news outlet and he’s also starting to receive scholarship offers from some name football programs.
USC offered the 6-foot-3, 225-pounder a scholarship on Monday. The Trojans joined the likes of Arizona, Arizona State, Hawaii, Nebraska and Utah in the pursuit of Ho’ohuli.
“This offer from USC was very much a blessing,” Ho’ohuli told USC247.com. “I’ve been talking to coach (Johnny) Nansen and he really likes what he saw in me. So I give my praise to him, this offer means a lot for me.”
That’s because USC is a school he’s had his eye on for a long time.
“I have been a big fan of USC since I was little, I even went to their stadium and had a tour there when I was 12 years old. I had a good feeling that this was great school.”
Ho’ohuli doesn’t have plans to visit USC or any other school anytime soon. He says he’ll start to consider visits after the football season.
