2021 QB Garcia commits to USC
Just a day after USC lost Mater Dei quarterback Bryce Young to Alabama, the Trojans landed a commitment from a highly regarded quarterback in the 2021 class.
That quarterback would be Harbor City, Calif. Narbonne HS’s Jake Garcia.
The 6-foot-1, 185-pound prospect announced his commitment to USC in a low key manner. He just tweeted out a picture of himself in a Trojan uniform with the words “committed”, “Fight On” and “faith, family, football.”
Garcia is the fourth commitment in a 2021 class that seems much stronger than the 2020 class thus far. He’s the third player who’s universally recognized as being a four-star or better.
